Dr. Marc Lamont Hill is Associate Professor of African American Studies at Columbia University. He's also a political commentator, appearing on numerous Fox News shows, and has a nationally syndicated television show called Our World With Black Enterprise. He's been a semi-regular guest on Red Eye as well. On October 12, 2012, he made his first appearance on Red Eye since September 7, 2011 and hasn't appeared since. He was scheduled to fill in for Bill Schulz as sidekick on November 30, 2012, but did not appear on that night's program.
